DJ Flavi is an ambassador of Contemporary African music from the Democratic Republic of Congo. He plays contemporary Congolese rumba, soukous, ndombolo, afroCongo, plus a fusion of Southern African Kwaito & afro-pop, Antillean zouk, Ivoirian Mapuka and coupe decale.
